Donal O’ Sullivan is a singer songwriter, originally from Dublin, but who now lives in Wicklow. Over the years he has played in various duos, trios and bands building up his experience and reputation as a live performer, “(Donal) is a consummate entertainer, ” “Gyrated like a cross between Springsteen and George Michael”, are just 2 quotes from the Dublin Rock press.

In the 1990s Donal was lead singer and chief songwriter with The High Ground who played in all of Dublin’s main pub venues. The High Ground released 2 singles on Lunar Records in the 90s and both received good airplay on local and national radio in Ireland.  In 1997  The High Ground reached the national final of the Hot Press Bacardi unplugged Band of the Year.

As a solo performer/writer O’Sullivan has continued to write, gig  and completed his debut album “The Plan” in 2003 which was produced and recorded by the wonderful Gavin Glass, who has gone on to build a fine career as an artist in his own right.
