A Year, a Man, and an Album
“It Wasn’t All Bad” is my musical offering born in a time which was new and scary. A time which caused many deaths, much hardship and pain, but also a time where many of us reconnected with parts of ourselves we had forgotten. A time when walking on a country road became a treat again, when seeing your family was the most important thing of all, especially when we couldn’t do it.
2020 and 2021 (so far) has been a stark reminder of how lucky we were in the western world and also of how fickle our taken-for-granted freedoms were. God, how we have changed, even the notion of nipping to the local pub for a pint seems like an impossible dream now.
