In 2013/14 Donal attended a Life Coaching Course with the Irish Lifecoach Institute. Www.ili.ie .
The course meant a lot of soul searching with some great inspirational books to read.
The course gave Donal a huge creativity boost and a lot of new songs emerged which were all, in some way, inspired by the course.
